Fuzzy Mud by Louis Sachar is the perfect thriller for the tween crowd. Tamaya Dhilwaddi and Marshall Walsh walk to and from school every day until the school bully threatens Marshall. Marshall decides to take a shortcut through the woods and Tamaya feels pressure to follow him. What they find there may be worse than confronting the bully.
